MCAS COACHINg
If you are suffering from Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, you are likely frustrated with the lack of answers and support. While some physicians are familiar with the condition, many others will roll their eyes and dismiss you as a hypochondriac if you mention it.
Since there are such a wide variety of symptoms and reactions among those with MCAS, and the condition has only recently been recognized, a one-size-fits-all magic bullet that fixes everything for everyone is currently non-existent. MCAS exists on a spectrum of symptoms and severity so each case is unique, and should be addressed as such.
As a health coach, I can support you in a variety of ways. These may include:
Do you want a definitive diagnosis? I offer Rupa testing and we can discuss which tests may help provide guidance. (Caveat: there are not any gold-standard tests for MCAS but some may offer clues.)
We will look at your triggers, and formulate a plan to address them.
We will talk about your symptoms, and how to quiet them during flares.
We can consider your entire “load” and what may be contributing to the overall inflammation in your body. This may include things like toxins, stress, nutritional deficiencies, gut dysbiosis and underlying viruses or infections.
I can provide the most reliable and updated resources on MCAS practitioners, protocols and treatments.
Do you have genes for MCAS? My Genetic Lifehacks program can provide answers.
We can discuss the impact of MCAS on your daily life and ways to work around it.
As a coach, my role is to support you and provide information as you navigate this complex condition. To learn more, book this free, 20-minute consultation, or book an MCAS appointment here.
